Awareness Week™
understanding lipedema, your personal story, patterns, and support system
Built for bodies that don't have the same capacity every day.
Core & Curve Lab™ creates adaptive education, coaching, and health-support systems for people living in bodies with fluctuating capacity.
Movement. Nourishment. Recovery. Pacing. Daily function. Not as disconnected pieces—and not based on the assumption that every day should look the same. We help people build practical systems that can change with the body they actually have today.
Instead of asking your body to keep up with the plan, we help the plan adapt to the body.

About Core & Curve Lab™
Most health plans assume your capacity stays the same. Mine doesn't. Core & Curve Lab™ is for bodies that change, with support that can meet the day you're actually having.
Movement that can meet you where you are, nourishment that accounts for real life, pacing that leaves room for work and family, and support for daily function.
I built Core & Curve Lab around a simple question: what would support look like if changing capacity wasn't treated like a failure?
I know the gap between what health advice asks for and what a changing body can actually do. I wanted better options for people living with Lipedema, pain, fatigue, changing mobility, and days that don't follow a plan.
I'm building practical education and support systems with the people who need them. This is not medical care, and I am not here to replace it.
Find your pathway
Core & Curve Lab™ builds systems that adapt to the body instead of expecting the body to adapt to the system. Lipedema is a core area of our expertise, alongside education, coaching, and future pathways for fluctuating-capacity bodies.
Because your capacity changes. Your plan should too.
An eight-week Lipedema self-management education program.

TLP Method™
Living with lipedema can mean being handed a long list of things you are supposed to do—compression, movement, nutrition, home care, appointments, symptom management—without much help figuring out how it works in real life. TLP Method™ was created to close that gap.
Developed by Core & Curve Lab™, TLP Method™ is an eight-week educational and self-management program designed to help women better understand lipedema, recognize their own patterns, build practical support systems, and make more informed day-to-day decisions around changing capacity.

08
creating an individualized plan that can continue adapting after the program
This is not a cure program, weight-loss plan, rigid diet, or harsh exercise challenge. It is a structured way to learn about your body, explore supportive options, and build a realistic approach that can adapt when pain, energy, mobility, responsibilities, or capacity change.
Each lesson connects to a practical workbook Build for reflection and real-life application. Participants bring those pieces together into a personal Wellness Blueprint™—a living plan designed to change as circumstances and capacity change.
Short notes count. Using assistance counts. Taking longer or returning after an interrupted week counts. The goal is not perfection; it is understanding more, making better-informed choices, and building realistic support.
Women living with lipedema who want more structure around the everyday side of living with the condition, especially those asking: Where do I start? How do I fit this into my actual life? What do I do when my body cannot do what it could yesterday? How do I build something sustainable instead of constantly starting over?
The first TLP Method™ cohort will be intentionally small so participants can move through the program, ask questions, apply the material in real life, and provide meaningful feedback as Core & Curve Lab™ prepares future cohorts.
The next step
The first TLP Method™ cohort is forming.
